Bible Jam Sessions

Hey everyone! I am so excited for 2025 and to engage as the new me! I have learned so much and grown so much emotionally, mentally, in relationships, financially, and spiritually! I am so proud of you and what you've done this year too! You have so many wins and so many accomplishments! I bet you have so many achievements that are small, medium, big, and HUGE that you can't even remember all of them! I challenge you this year to write down and log at least three wins for each day this year. Start with today so you can get used to keeping track of all of these wins. Write down everything from getting up when your alarm goes off, getting into a nightly routine, getting into a morning routine, memorizing Scripture, setting a short term goal and a long term goal and working toward them every day. 

This ties in exactly with our Bible Jam Sessions because it all takes discipline and practice and finding meaning in what we do! We started meeting after the Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Year's holidays on Tuesday, January 7th, 2025 at 5:30PM PT. And again on Sabbath, January 11th at 5:30PM PT and so on in that pattern weekly. We will do two lessons a week. We will meet over Zoom in a very safe, open-minded, Bible-based forum. We will be discussing the BIble from all angles from the perspective of personal experiences, history, science, linguistics, mental health, physical health, legalese, wisdom, wealth, relationships, friendships, how to connect with strangers, plus, we will even touch on politics and other current events that impact us. We will benefit from active listening skills and hearing other people out respectfully. We will also be adhering to speaking with respectful language in order to serve each other in the best way so everyone gets something out of it.

We will be using the Amazing Facts Study Guides so if you don't have them please send in a request for a pack of the 27 lessons. I highly recommend coming to each Bible Jam Session with the lessons pre-filled so that questions and answers can be a part of the discussion and we can learn from our own research. But don' t worry, if you couldn't fit the time in that's okay, because you can fill them in during our time together. I strongly recommend finding a routine where you can set aside time to really dive in to understand the material and let it touch your heart and not just your intellect. Do it prayerfully in a quiet, uncluttered space with no distractions and you will get more out of it. I promise. These lessons can mostly be done in 30 minutes. It is up to you to spend more time. But really that is it! Just promise to yourself at least 30 minutes for each lesson. That's just one hour a week. 

Again, I am just so jazzed, excited, and thrilled that we get to be on this journey together. Let's encourage each other in this commitment to going through these lessons fully and with integrity. That means we are intentionally setting time aside to do the lessons, finding take-aways that you can apply to your life, and coming to the Zoom meetings to share what resonated with you which can then inspire someone else in the community! 

Previous lessons: While with Amazing Facts, our regular Tuesday and Sabbath Bible Jam Sessions were done in a new format. Instead of over Zoom, you were invited to a whole new prophecy series from Parramos, Guatemala! The 15 lessons, taught by Rebekah Cassell and Vanessa Guerrero every day from Sabbath, November 23 - Sabbath, December 7, make up the full prophecy series entitled Apocalypse: The Revelation of Jesus Christ.
